Newer player looking for an active Alliance (Alliance found)

Alliance found, disregard!

I've been playing about a week, level 24 (very close to 25). I don't have any space equipment yet and am just slowly building up my airport with a pretty casual mindset - "make it work, not necessarily optimal". In Alliance it says I flew 12200 passengers over the course of this weeks clan event (2 days left).
I'm active multiple times a day at varying hours. If notified I'll jump in or set an alarm, I really try to do my part.

I saw that the random alliance I joined have barely done their flights while I cleared two and got a little discouraged that it looks like we're ending the week with only the first buff, possibly second done, and that many members seem entirely inactive.
I've read a few advertisements in this forum and I'm not even sure what stuff like 50k Tax, PAX is, so assume top 100 is over my head.

I'm looking for an Alliance that's more active than that, but also doesn't want to make the game into a job for everyone. I would also prefer an Alliance that uses Discord for trading gifts or organizing events.
I don't really mind if the Alliance is all new too, as long as everyone's interested in playing and growing the Alliance, but veteran players to bounce questions off of is always helpful.
