Not sure if this is the answer you are looking for...

Click on Members tab, and you will find a "Find Members" text box on the right.

By typing a few characters of the person you are looking for, the complete name will auto-fill.

You must know the forum name (because not everyone use the same forum and game name)

You can also make a bookmark to quickly go to his/her page.
