Well, I've broken down and opened a support ticket (#7842474)... On iOS.  On new veersion, I never got the option to restore from the server.  Was forced into playing through the tutorial instead.  Old version is still playable and looks fine (except no Easter event - which is the least of my concerns right now obviously).  So, hoping the support team can transfer my game for me. 

My main concern right now is - if I continue to play my old version what will happen on transfer?  The reason I ask is that I've still got a casino active and I don't want to lose greenies because of the update not working right.  (Almost wish I had waited another 6 days until the casino shuts off the greenies before attempting the update.)   Also, what about the promise of the 10 greenies for updating?  Will that still get applied?

Thinking that until they transfer the game from one version to the next, that I check the new version first for my casino and if not there then I check my original version. 

Thoughts? Suggestions?
