New iPhone Game didn't reinstall correctly

Hello, Please help ... Recently, I purchased a new iphone and everything went pretty smothly with all my other games. However, Airport City didn't bring over all my levels or City that i spend Months litterally months working on. Now I'm looking at a brand new city. Can someone tell me what I can do here or am I just SOL.
