Unsure based on your link. Are you referring to the latest update which now includes 'GI Link ("link progress")' under settings? More info here:

Oh, yes, Trail. Play anywhere in browser. Think of it as a cloud based game, everything stored on server - no install\download\etc.

Do I need to download Trail separately? The GI instructions on linking refer to a progress linking button on the start screen of the new device. Trying to add it on my iphone - the screen is small but I don't see a progress linking button. Anyone know what it looks like?

Just go to Trail website (trail.gg) or also https://www.game-insight.com/en/games/airport-city/play & create account and select AC per my understanding.

Haven't attempted. Maybe near where update progress bar usually shows? Did you install recent update?

I tried without account few days back and my game there still stored but i think for limited time then will be deleted from the server till i create real account.

All updates installed. But I don't want to mess up my main game so will probably just leave it. Its far from clear what I should be doing.
