Neighbor requests

Sometimes, when I send a neighbor request, I get the message it was sent successfully, and receive my 100 coins, but the person doesn't show up in my waiting list.

Is it just the GI servers being slow, or some other problem?

Never mind - he showed up in my waiting list about 15 minutes later. Guess the servers are slow.
