It's all on here somewhere but main one for me was ski slope, drops collectibles, I have six now

Number 3 has buidings from earlier quests like statue of liberty, haycircle, UFO monument, football museum.
Number 2 has planetariums and is therefor better to invest in on the long term.
It is random what you get and only if you are lucky you will get the building you wanted.
All buildings give a bonus for the number of passengers.
Some of the special buildings give bonus area. Others do not need asphalt around them.
