Mystery Manor and 10 greens

Yesterday i got an offer on android (phone) to install MM and receive 10 greenies.
After instaling i went throught whole tutorial (btw: the game is not so bad, similar playing like Gardenscapes for PC or Gardenscapes for iOS).

Just - after that, there is no 10 greenies....
Anyone with similar "story"?

Regarding your question of not getting greens, i can give you my trick which i use.

When you get the offer click on it.. which will take it to you playstore. Accept the terms n condition and start the download. Then go back to your Airport city game and continue playing it, while the download is happening in the background. After some time the download would had completed, once that is done close your game and then after some time again restart the game. You would had been creadited with the promised greens!!!!

I have tested the above trick 3 times with full success. You don't have to play the downloaded game anymore.

Same thing happened to me, wasn't on wifi when I got the offer, but I did select yes at the time for it to take me to the play store, which I then closed. When I got home I downloaded the game and still got the 10 green!

I got the offer for the second time in 2 days just now.

First time it misdirected me to the entry page on Google Play rather than the game download page.

Second time worked and had the 10 greens waiting for me after spending 5 minutes with the tutorial.

first attempt to download on Thursday failed. Got the offer again yesterday, turned off wi fi and downloaded it. It took a little long and then I played the game for a couple minutes. logged out of everything, switched off my phone and logged back into AC after switching it on. got my greenies after about five minutes. procedure given to me by GI after the jewel poker incident

My experience was simaler to melony. Today (2nd time offer showed up) I tried downloading over 4g network. After 2 failed attempts and 1G of downloaded material it installed. Played for awhile then went back to Airport City and collected my 10 greenies.

It is promising to be a good day today..... Got my 25 greens for the poker, tribez and mystery manor!

Lucky you, BrakeTown. I received 10 greenies on same way last time, after 2 weeks of emailing with GI...

Installed Mystery Manor last week, and did not received any greenies. So sent email to GI support, and received:

When you download the offered application, you should play this game for a while and pass the tutorial to get the game registered on our server. After that close completely all the games and reboot the device. Make sure you have a stable Internet connection and open the game again. The bonus should show up.
If after the actions mentioned you still don't get the bonus, please, contact me again and submit the following data:
1. Device manufacturer, model and carrier.
2. Your IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity).
If you are playing on a mobile phone you can get your IMEI the following way:
1) Dial *#06# without any spaces.
2) Wait for the IMEI to appear as you dial the final character. The window with your IMEI will pop up automatically so you needn't hit dial or send.

So, i will give up this time, they want too much informations + playing the Mystery manor more then 7 levels...
I did installed the game, played whole tutorial and 2 more levels, received some bonus... Game is not so interested for me.
The offer was: "Install the game and receive 10 greenies", not play it 7 levels....

I've not received the 10 greenies either, but the best thing is that GI says that I received them on April 22 and it's a lie. I HATE DEEPLY GI!!!
