In the game, the Bank offered me the opportunity to buy a "House of Doubt" as shown here:

However, I duscivered a very secret way to get the House of Doubt as shown in this screenshot.

Its true. Some very easy to acquire buildings are offered for sale at quite ridiculous prices. Why do they do this? I hope its not to entice those not in the know to part with real money. Of course it is! Its a game to us but a business to them. Fly cautiously!

I too question it. But the offer could possibly make sense if don't land too many guest planes or are at a lower level. The building comes collection items that are dropped by Raven guest planes. I actually had to look that one up because it was long ago. But the way I play is that rely upon guest planes for fuel and sometimes passengers. Another funny thing that happens as a is that you sometimes actually complete the collections long before you get to the mission that instructs you how to get the collection.

That's what happened the "Martial Arts School" at my end and I still don't have the prerequisite for that "associated mission". I got one of those buildings why flying "Mission Alliance Tasks" to Hong Kong as as working on the mission, "Strangers on a tram".

Anyway, the humor of this is NOT lost on me.

Are you waiting until the build is complete to sell it?
Because that is not necessary, as soon as it started to build you can go into the 'edit-modus' and choose to sell it
