My account is blocked

Well I did not play the game for over a year and when I tried to get in, i was told that my account was blocked due to time travel. I wan't even playing????

No problem with that just contact Gi support and give your game code and they will remove the blocked if its blocked due time travel but doing that for cheating.

Try to provide GI with some screenshots of the game, the time of the device used or other screenshots, and explain some situations as simply as possible. In the past few weeks,
I didn't know why the game was banned. For this reason, I provided screenshots of the game ID and the city, the league screenshots ,the phone clock and the location of the game on the device.
Then, after more than a week (10 days? ), GI has resumed my game and can play normally.
Usually, I will save screenshots of the game for a week or two, just to prevent accidents, which is equivalent to the fact that Windows system often needs to make backup files for some important files.
