I can't finish the goal where i need to buy another mus helicopter.
I own 2 of them but it shows 0

What is a mus helicopter? A couple of screenshots of your problem in the game would help as well.

It is the first helicopter.

You appear to have a mix of at least two languages in game, English and Dutch? The 'restoring game resources' option might fix. Mus is Sparrow in Dutch which is name in game as the others show the English names.

So that seems to say "buy another sparrow helicopter", twice. But you already have two or have bought two when this task was active? If the latter, have you restarted your game\device? If the former, you'd have to try selling both and rebuy.
