I disagree, my friend. I think GI is testing the update, with all it's bugs, on us iOSers so they can deliver an improved version to you Androids. Yes, we may have a head start on the Level 8 upgrades and new destinations ... but I'm not sure the price of losing Donut Shops and Brazilian buildings is worth it.

Well, after another 3 days of waiting, the update for Android is finally released.
As Tom prophesized, they did eliminate the Brazilian bug. My Brazillian Cottages & Villa are intact.
I do not have a Donut Shop, so I can't say whether that is fixed.
Visiting Level 45 iOS neighbours glitch is fixed.

However, I leveled up to Level 43 just by reading the side tasks.
So those who want to maximize fuelas flip123 suggested, do not read the side tasks.
Just buy Jumbos and start to fly to Capetown for the Laundry items.
