General Missing resource base

I think i removed my resource base, the one that helps with building stuff to fly helicopters.. and i cant get another one ?

You cannot buy it if you have it.
I think because its in your warehouse you have already go there and check it.

hey, i was panicking over the same situation yesterday. just found the resource base again under utilities section.
