Pretty sure no. Just like volcano, it will go away. After all, our rockstar has to perform somewhere else to entertain his fans all over the world

This is a question I have been meaning to ask. If you are right, it is just a waste of time collecting the gift items and having neighbours send the gift items, to complete main stage levels 2 and 3. But, I would not be surprised by this.

I don't think big G is generous enough to give us a free building that doesn't take up space on our land..

It's a challenge. The main goal is completing the challenge itself, not the rewards. You choose to partake or you don't. The rewards never weigh up to the expense in these quests.

The reward building probably will be available lateron in of the Super Mystery Building batches.

Star chasers will smell an extra opportunity, though...

Yes you are quite right, it is a free building (no coins spent, except the time taken to collect the gifts from plane drops and gifts from neighbours) flyers are made to work for it, before it is then taken away, when the event ends.

Even worse for people like me who would probably fail the event and after gathering the items for the stage, could only enjoy it for 2-3 days and the disappears. I actually never thought about it until you mention it
