I lost my phone with all my progress recently, now if I start a new game on my new phone, will I be identified as cheating?

If you remember your old friend code you can explain the situation to GI support and ask them to transfer the old game into the new one

If you use the same os as before (iPhone to iPhone, or Android phone to Android phone), you don't need to ask Gi. You just need to use the same Google or Apple ID for your game, and it will give you an option to restore your game.

The only problem that may arise is the person who found the phone - and kept it - plays the game. Couldn’t that trigger a blocking?
