Lost game date

Hi all.

I sent my Iphone in for repair and transferred my game to IPad in the meantime. Now I have my phone back I have tried to put the game back on my phone and now I can’t get my saved game on any device. I have tried the trouble shooting tips suggested but nothing works. I have contacted GI several times and not had any response. My alliance members say they are still neighbours with me and can see my city. Can anyone help please?

One good reason for no replies from other players so far in this thread, is that your post is in the wrong section ... perhaps @Dave or @Husam can put it on the right place?

About your issue...
it should've worked... Even though I play on an ipad, i'm not an ios expert, so i'm no big help
Anyway, as you're not able to get the game on either device, my best bet would be waiting for GI to reply to your messages.
