Android Locked out of game

I am locked out of my game. I have never been on any of the forum boards so I don't know if I am even in the right place. After not getting into the game as of Friday 18th I have emailed support 6 times with only one response. I have read in a variety of places that players are being locked out for cheating. I don't even know how you could cheat but I do play daily even hourly. I don't know where or how to get help in finding out if I can get my city back. Any suggestions?
