Windows lock up

Is anybody else experiencing pauses, lock ups and general jerkiness in game play?
This started at the end of the Spring event.

Still locked up. Won't run at all.

Contacted them 3 times. All I get is an e-mail saying they got my e-mail.

One last thing before I move on to another game: If I un-install the game, then re-install (in the hope of fixing whatever is wrong), will I be able to get my progress back?

Not if youre windows. Only if you're android as you can reinstall through goigle play. Windows you have to go through Gi.

After a lot of e-mailing back and forth, GI has restored my progress. My thanks to them.
