General Limit on incoming gifts?

Does anyone know if there is a limit on the number of gifts that you can receive a day? There is a limit on the gift box, the warehouse and the number of gifts that is kept behind if the gift box is full, but is there also a limit on the number of gifts you can receive? I am loosing gifts, while my gift box is not full, as I keep taking gifts out of my gift box. So, why am I loosing gifts?

This is only happening since the last update, so wonder what GI changed in the game so that I loose gifts. I send gifts from my supporting game to my main game, but I do not get a confirmation in my support, and do not receive the gift in my main.

Have you tried to visit Madlen Airborn for a minute?
This always made appear my gifts again. Not sure if it will work in your case tho.
