It's been reported that a Defroster sent from Android arrived as Fuel on iPad.

Now Defrosters aren't giftable on iPad, so this may be a deliberate restriction by GI.

This would mean linking the two environments isn't as useful as it appears, and it will cause confusion.
On the other hand, if all items became giftable, it would destroy the game mechanics.

Edit: - it seems there are certain Android users who are using old versions who can send Defrosters, etc, unchanged to iPad users. This is a loophole GI may close. (As iPad has no old versions, this would not help Android users to receive items only iPad can gift).
