i feel for you.... i've been there
it's one of the reasons i have support accounts, but i've created a lot of work for myself in the process.
maybe keep your eye out for organized launches and invite yourself in.
you might not get 1st seat very often, but that's not bad if the only other option is flying solo and burning a bunch of fuel in the process.
announcing a launch in your alliance might help too, especially if you announce a day or 2 ahead of time

Yeah, I feel like that's the route I may have to go... I watched other red launches fill up while nobody tried to get on mine. I have plenty of resources, it just sucks trying to be a team player and nobody wants to get on board. I waited about 23.5 hours before I finally just launched it myself.
