We are all buying commercial buildings in order to... gain coins.
I've investigated little economic profitability calculations in many commercial buildings and found that many commercial buildings are just doesn't worth the investment.
Some examples:
Business center. Costs 1,200,000 coins, earns 240 coins per 8 hours. In 1 day, and only if we will collect the coins every 8 hours sharp, we can earn 720 coins per day. That means ROI of 1,666 days or about 4.5 years. So, only after 4.5 years, you really start to earn.
High rise hotel. Costs 610,000 coins, earn 66 coins per 20 minutes. In 1 day, and only if we will collect the coins every 20 minutes (and really... no one can do that) sharp, we can earn 4,752 coins per day. That means ROI of 128 days or about 4.5 months.
Courthouse - Costs 825,000 coins, earns 720 coins per 2 days. That means ROI of 2,292 days or about 6.3 years. So, only after 6.3 years, you really start to earn.
So... Why shouldn't we just keep our coins to ourselves?
