The Powerful Oil Refinery (Level 2) increases the max. fuel by 30.
Total maximum will be 126 + 25 + 30 = 181 then build
The Small Oil Refinery (Level 3) increases the max. fuel by 30.
If you have place in your airport land this will help you and you will fell the different ;)

Quick question!
So, small oil refinery level 1 increases the max fuel by 15, and if I uograde to level 2, it will add 5 more and the total increase will be 20, right? Not 20 more to make total increase to be 35, is this correct?

15 + 20 + 30 = 65 max fuel (y) it is worth to upgraded.

The Powerful Oil Refinery L1 and L2 worth to upgrade.
POR L1 25 max fuel (10 greenies)
POR L2 30 max fuel (35 greenies)
POR L3 forget it :hungover:

Very well done on reaching your 700 stars - there really should be something much more than just a banner, when you reach this level. If I was the bossman, green notes would be in order. Very well played.
