Android I've had a warning that I don't understand

Hi all,

Just started playing and have joined the forum as I have had a warning that I don't understand.

It says:-
Your account has been found to violate our terms of use. Please contact support if you believe that's an error.

I don't have an account, I just play the game.

Does anyone know what it means or what caused it please?

I've never heard of that one before. Do you have a screen grab of the warning window you can post? Was the warning in the Airport City game on your Android device or was it in this forum?

It's probably your google play account that's linked to your game. Unless your are purposely cheating, only GI knows the reason.

Contact GI support - they will probably have it fixed by tomorrow. It happens - usually no reason.

You have to set your time from automatic to manual.
Manual time, Manual Time Zone......

It's not about cheating
You can get that message when you don't close the game for couple of days and you put your device in sleep mode.

@Robby Kusuma - I went to India recently and did not have network, so put my phone into manual time zone. It's back in automatic now. Would this be the cause?

If so, how do I get rid of it?

that happened to me a few days ago emailed support and got my game back it took a few days .
