I have written this user guide to provide you with an insight into the process of obtaining these types of unique buildings. How useful you will find this user guide, will depend on how far along you are with your game, and what your long terms objectives are with your game. These buildings can be obtained through a number of purchase methods, during The Discount Super Sales, through The Bank, for free through The Daily Bonus, through The Game Store (this will be at full price), through The Airship Store (this will be at a discount) and through The Special Events. It will afford you the opportunity to purchase commercial and residential buildings.
THE DISCOUNT SUPER SALES
When this type of sale period opens, you will find a large round yellow and orange icon (it has a large percentage sign in the centre), on the right hand side of your game screen. The icon will remain on the screen for a period of time, measured in days, during which time you will be able to make a purchase. These buildings do however, come at a price, and you will need to consider very carefully before you make a purchase.
To purchase a chest you will need to spend green notes, the amount will depend on the type of chest and the chest number. The price you will need to pay will increase, the higher the chest type and chest number, the more you will need to pay. There are two types of chests available, the first is the Mystery Buildings Chests (there are two sets of chests in the series, both available from level 5) and the second is the Mystery Super Building Chests (there are twelve sets of chests in the series, all available from level 9). Each of these sets will contain 9 buildings.
Below is a list of the building chests available for sale during the discount super sale period (please note - the chests will be intermingled with many other types of chests, you will therefore need to scroll through and select your chest very carefully). You will find a preview button, in the bottom right hand corner of the menu, you can use it to look at the available buildings from within the chest set:
THE BANK
When the second type of discounted sale period opens, you will find a round icon (an orange building with a red roof, wrapped with a blue ribbon) will appear on the right hand side of your game screen. The appearance of this icon will indicate the bank sale is open, it will only be for just one type of building series and chest number.
During the discounted sale period you will be able to obtain a commercial or residential building through the bank, which will not be available to you through the store. This offer will be available for a limited time period. To obtain a building, you will need to purchase one of five items with coins, before you receive one of five random buildings. When you purchase one of five items with green notes, you will receive one of five random buildings.
THE DAILY BONUS
The alternative method to obtain some of these buildings will be to work your way through the daily bonus, this method will not require you to spend any green notes and coins. The menu will appear on your game screen every day, when you open up your game for the first time.
When you want to access the menu you will need to click on the multi coloured spiral notebook icon, located on the top left hand side of your game screen. Once open you will need to select the second icon (along the top row of the menu). You will then find (in the top half of the menu) 5 daily rewards gift items across 5 days, which you will need to click and collect, one gift item per day.
In the bottom half of the menu you will find 5 day, 10 day, 15 day, 20 day and 25 day icons, each of these icons will have 5 collectable gift items. Once you have worked your way through and collected all 25 gift items, you will then have completed the Under Construction collection set (Jack Plane, Hard Hat, Screwdriver, Respirator and Building Level). You will then receive your reward of 200 coins, 100 experience points and one random mystery super building.
THE GAME STORE
You will also be able to purchase the following Mystery Buildings Chests and Mystery Super Buildings Chest with green notes, but they will be at full price, from the game store within your game. This purchase option will be available to you during game play. The chests will become available to you at game level 5 and 9.
To access this menu, you will need to select the silver shopping trolley, the 3rd icon along the bottom row of your game screen, and then select the seventh Resources icon, along the top row of the menu store (please note - the chests will be intermingled with many other types of chests, you will therefore need to scroll through and select your chest very carefully):
THE AIRSHIP STORE
You will also be able to purchase these types of buildings Mystery Buildings Chests and Mystery Super Buildings Chests through the airship shore, which will appear twice a week on Monday's and Thursday's.
To access the menu you will need to select the round airship icon, blue and red in colour on the left hand side of your game screen, then select the 5th icon labelled Resources (located along the top row of the menu) to display the six building chest sets for sale, during the discount period:
THE SPECIAL EVENTS
You will be able to obtain some of the Super Building Chests by taking part in and completing some of the special events, which take place throughout the gaming year. There are currently 25 special events in the series, for players to complete.

THE LAST WORD
By the time you have reached this point in the user guide, it should be crystal clear the best course of action, if you wish to obtain these types of buildings. The discounted sale period is by far the best purchase option, the full price is far too expensive. If on the other hand, you have the time and the patience to wait, you can obtain them through the daily mission, which will not cost you a penny. You can also obtain them for free through the Thanksgiving Day, if you manage to complete the event.

To access the menu you will need to select the round airship icon, blue and red in colour on the left hand side of your game screen, then select the 5th icon labelled Resources (located along the top row of the menu) to display the six building chest sets for sale, during the discount period:

THE SPECIAL EVENTS
You will be able to obtain some of the Super Building Chests by taking part in and completing some of the special events, which take place throughout the gaming year. There are currently 25 special events in the series, for players to complete.

Mystic Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the Dark Skies special event, which can be purchased from the event store for 199 Green Notes. The chest can also be obtained by completing levels 5 and 15 of the Premium Class Pass Ticket, which you will need to pay to access. You will receive one random building from the following eight, Asylum, Dark Castle, Haunted House, House of Dark Shadows, Mystery Cabin, Mystery Manor, Pumpkin Bed, Witch House when you open the chest.
Christmas Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the Holiday Rush special event, which can be purchased from the event store for 299 Green Notes. The chest can also be obtained by completing level 10 under the Premium Class Pass Ticket, which you will need to pay to access. You will receive one random building from the following eight, Ski School, Shopping Mall, Christmas Gift Shop, Merry Manor, Santa's Workshop, Central Square, Gingerbread House, Christmas Fair when you open the chest. This also becomes available during the Winter Dream special event, by completing level 35 under the Premium Class Pass Ticket which you will need to pay to access.
Romantic Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the A Walk In The Clouds special event, which can be purchased from the event store for 199 Green Notes. The chest can also be obtained by completing level 15 under Premium Class Pass Ticket, which you will need to pay to access. You will receive one random building from the following eight, Contemplation Palace, Romantic Rotunda, Trevi Fountain, Rose Garden, Photo Studio, Crystal Manor, Park of Kisses, Serenity Garden when you open the chest.
Easter Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the Easter Cheer special event, which can be purchased from the event store for 199 Green Notes. The chest can also be obtained by completing level 13 under Premium Class Pass Ticket, which you will need to pay to access. You will receive one random building from the following eight, Dali Theatre and Museum, Rabbit Hole, Henhouse, Easter Workshop, The Rural Life Restaurant, Easter Tree, Easter Fair, Bakery when you open the chest. The buildings will increase your city population, some will reward you with residential percentage bonus increase within a set radius and reward you with small amount of coins or passengers.
Mail Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the Long Awaited Mail special event, which can be obtained by completing stage 20 under the Basic Class Pass Ticket. You will receive one random building from the following six, Press Centre, Paper Factory, Ministry of Posts, Distribution Centre, Graphic Design School, Ministry of Communications when you open the chest. The buildings will increase your city population, some will reward you with residential percentage bonus increase within a set radius and reward you with small amount of coins or passengers.
Mystery Super Buildings Chest Twelve
This now appears in the special event, It Came From Outer Space, it is available through the Premium Class Pass Ticket, which you will need to purchase to access. This became available to players following the v8.13.16 update download to the game, which allows players to customize their fleet of airplane liveries, also know as skins. You will receive one random building from the following eight, Pneumatic Post Office, Baseball Stadium, Travi Fountain, Pagoda, Newlyweds House, Wonder Park, Vintage Radio Station, State University when you open the chest. The buildings will increase your city population, some will reward you with residential percentage bonus increase within a set radius and reward you with small amount of coins or passengers. During the special event you will also be able to purchase the chest from the Event Store for 299 Green Notes.
Ancient Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the special event, Valley of The Kings Curse it is available through the Premium Class Pass Ticket (when you complete stage 38), which you will need to purchase to access. This became available to players following the v8.21.24 update download to the game. You will receive one random building from the following five, Amphitheater, Gates of Amun, Pharaoh's Palace, Pharaoh Statue, Library of Alexandria when you open the chest. The buildings will increase your city population, some will reward you with residential percentage bonus increase within a set radius and reward you with small amount of coins or passengers.
Fall Super Building Chest
This becomes available during the special event, Thanksgiving Day it is available through the Premium Class Pass Ticket (when you complete stage 37), which you will need to purchase to access. You will receive one random building from the following four, Pioneer Lodge, Milk Farm, Fall Park, American Mansion when you open the chest. The buildings will increase your city population, some will reward you with residential percentage bonus increase within a set radius and reward you with small amount of coins or passengers.

THE LAST WORD
By the time you have reached this point in the user guide, it should be crystal clear the best course of action, if you wish to obtain these types of buildings. The discounted sale period is by far the best purchase option, the full price is far too expensive. If on the other hand, you have the time and the patience to wait, you can obtain them through the daily mission, which will not cost you a penny. You can also obtain them for free through the Thanksgiving Day, if you manage to complete the event.
