Guys, is there a way we can search for a non-neighbor in the game by his/her username? Just to see the city, not to send request from the Add tab.

Guys, is there a way we can search for a non-neighbor in the game by his/her username? Just to see the city, not to send request from the Add tab.

If they're in a top 100 alliance, and you know the alliance name, you can visit them through the alliance rankings, or if they are ranking in a flight, you can visit them that way.
