How I Ended up With Two User Names and Games on my Device

How did I end up with another user name you ask? I was prompted to complete a survey for Airport City and when I tried to do that I received a message stating I can't complete a survey unless the game has been installed (I have been playing Airport City HD for over a year!!!) So, I added the game and ended up with two Airport City games on my device. What must of happened in that I added "Airport City" (without the HD) which must be a different game.
