You get Aerosols from the event flights, not including Transylvania. You can also get them for free every five minutes.

You get Aerosols from flights to event destinations.
You use Aerosols on Black Wraiths in your city.
(you do not need Aerosols to click on Black Wraiths in neighbors' cities)

I don't have any black wraiths at the moment, so I used a screenshot of the Bright Lantern (I have zero currently).

You can select "Free" and an ad will play. I'm on Windows so I get 5-second ads. Other platforms may get 30-second ads. After the 5 or 30 seconds is over, you will be rewarded an Aerosol (or whatever item you choose to obtain for free).

You can do this up to 10 times a day.

Sometimes your neighbors have black wraiths. And those drop (seldom) aerosols among other items

When you see 5 white ghosts in your city and you have at least 5 aerosols on hand, run the soul net bonus and those white ghosts turn into black wraiths. Now you can use the aerosols on the black wraiths to get items.
