General How do I locate "engineering designs in your neighbors stand"

New to Airport City, and I don't know where to look in my neighbors stand for "engineering designs in your neighbors stand"

Welcome to AC, hope you're having fun.

The stands are the locations in front of the terminal where the planes are stationed (circled in the example below).
If you visit a neighbour just click on the planes in front of the terminal. You'll get a reward for clicking on it. Sometimes the reward is an Engineering Design. Just keep visiting neighbours and clicking on the stands until you have collected the required number of Engineering Designs.

Stands are where the planes are parked. Go to a neighbour's and tap on a plane in a stand that looks like this
