Updated to version 3.21.02 on Sunday morning 8 am, and as of Tuesday 8 pm (60 hours later), no quest appear. The Dancing with Leprechaun splash do appear at start up though, but no dancing elves.

Then Sari suggested I click on the red Game Pad icon.

Nothing happens at first, then suddenly, the quest icon appeared!!

[USER=1952]Free2Play[/USER], please consider this as a bug report . Many people did mention it took a long time for quest to kick in.
