I have two maps, Nagoya and Alexandria! Can someone tell me more about these and for what? I don't want to waste them.

these maps are for adventure flights which produce buildings that drop items for collections.

they can last between 6 - 12 hours depending on the destinations and use different types of planes.

Those are actually maps you get for coming in first place in blue launches.
Each map has a collection that can be completed with it. On top of the collectible
item you get for completing each of these collections if you finish them 3 times you
get a building. Then the collectible item you receive from completing those collections
go to completing the outer limits collection which rewards a QL every time.

If you look at that page the required items relate to the maps you have.
Atlas relates to the Alexandria map and the creation myths collection.
Solar system relates to the Nagoya map and the little ones collection.
Also both maps use jets also need additional radars for Alexandria and
spare wires for Nagoya.
I would suggest you try your hand at The theory of Everything which are maps
you get for green launches first. You can learn the in and outs of what you need to do
as it is a bit tedious and confusing at first.
