I personally don't know but I have had this problem with my IPhone. I have heard in the past that maybe if you have in game purchase blocked it could prevent videos from launching from games. I know even in my windows 10 games I have the problem too.

Every day you can see videos for free Fuel (20) and Passengers (10). You don't have to set the iPad/iPhone/Android device for anything, it just happens. There's a limit of five, I believe, and then the offer disappears until the next day.

Something to keep in mind, At least when I have been playing this game and tried watching the videos is that there are times when then videos are available and days when they are not there. Until Nast night i did not have these available to me for about a week.
