Hello everybody, recently i got back to AC ir memory serves me right wasnt there a building upgrade that allowed when the planes landed on the runway they would go to the right? (Marked spots)

Keep upgrading your runways.
In any case, I find it actually slows things down to have planes exiting the runways on the right.

I think they go to the right when the runway length is in excess of the plane‘s needs.… as far as I noticed, only my condors go up to the end of the runway

Longer runways are necessary until aircraft possibly divert, think level 8 ish; both of yours are level 6.
Also, recommended to upgrade farthest runway first and to max to receive all aircraft types.
