Blue Launch HELP! Emergency assistance on PLM3 (LAUNCHED)

There is a blue rocket on the pad at PLM3 that should be launching within 45 minutes, but I cannot get onto my Android Pad to launch it. Both of my other account are tied up circling the Earth.

Can someone launch my rocket for me?
