I have done Mont Blanc runs everytime I pop a Sky Captain. With Tourist Visa and gold subscription I get around 600k coins from heli runs. You need to have a around 150 of each flight item, almost all passenger buildings and maxed out the fuel stations for helis (which gives you 599 + 143 fuel to start with). Definately worth it.
