I've got bad new for you: the number of cheaters is growing. I can't comprehend why you ignore this problem so persistently. I've upgraded my xls file so it could count flights, passengers and fuel spent by cheaters and approximate amount of Airport cash it costed them. And finally the very least amount of real dollars they WOULD have to spend to buy AP cash fairly. You know what? Your fine company missed almost $40000 last week and most probably more. The harm goes further as cheaters provoke other player as I can see from the weekly stats to cheat as well. You lose more possible donations here. And finally they force players who don't wish to cheat to quit the game. Like me. That the second indirect harm they do. 

You see, I've spent almost a year on this Windows version of the game and a bunch of real money and it's too late for me to switch to Android where there is no such heavy cheating (as far as I know) and start over. That's why I'm trying so hard to get thing right here before I just spit and quit. Please, check my xls file with previous week's stats. 16 "heavy" cheaters exposed. Why is that so hard to ban the cheaters? Is it okay for them to plunder the game and your company's budget?

I see that standard reply every time I try to bring up the heavy cheating problem: 21 Aug, 25 Aug, 1 Sep, then (wow!) 12 Oct you said "tech guys are working to solve" (another standard reply?), 21 Oct, 29 Oct. So it's actually the 7th check if somebody checks cheaters at all. Oh, and I remember before that 27 Jul and 1 Aug Katherine Novak assured me those guys are fair players which is simply impossible. Now I took my time to collect solid proof in the files I sent you before, but something tells me that they are going to be dumped as usual.

We are constantly checking the game ratings for cheating and block all the unfair players immediately. There is also an automated anti-cheat system working. The accounts of the users in question were carefully checked, and no cheating was detected there.

Certain players have over 10 times more resources than others. Being fair they have to pay thousands real bucks a week which is unrealistic. I don't know why you cover these cheaters, but your attitude is really upsetting.
