Five levels. You start level 1 with 4 slots (2 free, 2 locked). Level 2 has 8 slots (4 free, 4 locked). Level 3 has 12 slots (6 free?, 6 locked?). I imagine it goes up like this: each level +4 slots, half free, half locked. So by level 5 you could get 20 slots. Unlocking half of them by greens, of course, starting at 20 greens and going up by 20 each...

reserve hanger has a maximum of 10 spots 6 - 10 get increasingly expense starting from 40 grrens and jumping up increments of 20 - 40 greenies.
I assume reserve hanger will have the same number of spots.
maxium number of planes you can have in regular hangers is 13 if have reached level 11 buildings. As to reserve planes any more then 4 or 5 is just wasting money.
