GUEST PLANES ON AUTOMATIC

Hey all,
Is there actually a ground control or not? My question is, is there a function to turn on to allow guest planes to land automatically? So reason I ask is I purchase the spyglass and probably only use 1hr out of its 9hr life span which is a waste.

No there is no building that will make them land automatically.

For the spy glass, why activate (or buy) it if you know you can only use it for 1 hour?
Do that when you know you can use all of it. Or at least almost all.
