Guest plane bug?

I have 3-4 missions on my other devices that need guest planes landing that needs passengers. I have had these for some time and landing planes all the time. Every single plane, even those that awards passengers, refuel and I am stuck unable to complete them though all the side targets have been fulfilled. Anyone else having this problem?

Other devices are iPhone/iPads and are running latest version of game.

Hi McAwesome,

I was having the same problem you have described, but it seems like passenger requests can only be fulfilled by landing passenger guest planes that require a Class runway (or higher?). I was watching and just completed a mission through this. Hopefully this works for you too.

I thought it might be something like a higher runway but seemed strange you get the mission at 8 and can't build the next runway until 13.

I didn't see this until after I had sent your gift but will check for tomorrow

I have been having the same problem. I checked online, but could'nt find a solution. Any ideas as how to solve it?
Also, could you be my neighbour in the game? I could'nt sent you a request. Can you?

Rbell was right. It needed a higher runway. When I hit level 13 I could buy a level 3 runway and then the passenger planes started to land.

I believe this is a real bug, it has nothing to do with the level of runway you have. Until 2 game updates ago, landing guest planes required Passengers and Fuel, and then, with the game update, landing guest planes provided Passengers and Fuel. However for the side tasks, GI forgot to change them, those tasks are still waiting for guest planes that require Passengers. I just started a second support game several weeks ago and I have these unachievable side tasks as well in my support game.

Those have this issue should open GI help ticket and provide screenshots of the tasks for landing guest planes requiring Passengers, and hopefully they will fix these bugs in the next game update.

I did complete all my missions on the other devices as soon as I purchased the level 3 runway though (and they did it at different times and I had no game update in between). I watched the planes as they had landed and every one said 'refueling' rather than 'loading' until that runway was there. So it might be a bug but the missions can definitely be completed without doing a ticket.

Good for you and good to know, but I think that might be a different issue. My support game already have level 4 runways, still the side tasks (land guest planes require passengers) are there. And that is also being reported by several other forum members.

UPDATE: I just noticed you are on iOS. So most likely iOS doesn't have the issue and Andriod does. The games are always different between different platforms.

Just to make it clear to everybody, this is a bug on Android but not on iOS. Per @McAwesome, getting a higher level runway (level 3) will fulfill the side tasks of landing guest planes require passengers. But on Android, my support game already have level 4 runway now. Android players with this issue should open GI help ticket to report the bug.

Yes, I was just thinking that as well as I saw you were on Android. I do however still get the message that I can not accept guest planes that 'require passengers' if I have just sent out my planes and my passenger levels are below the amount they used to need, so there are definitely still bugs out there around the guest plane changes for more than one platform.

Okay, you can report that through GI ticket as well. It is just that every ticket always takes forever to get some meaningful reply from GI.

I'm playing with windows 8 and just bought a runway level 3 but there are also no guestplanes landing that requires passengers.

I have the same problem with win 8. I now have 2 missions I can't clear because I need guest planes requiring passengers.
