Interesting, I switched my phone to Russian to play the Victory Day quest. Maybe that has something to do with it? I do have one other neighbor that has joined it however.

I was wondering if the Russian quest was doing that , my phone doesn't due Russian language just English and Spanish languages thanks for letting me know
