for non visible waiting list type test in add neighbor tab. For gifts I don't know, maybe to raise the ticket. There was server problem few days ago - resolved yesterday.

@M22 Had the same issue couple of days ago. No gifts from friends for about 2-3 days. I wrote to GI and they replied they needed some time to investigate it. Shortly after that I received all (I think) missed gifts (it was about 40 or 50 items). Support never replied back)
