This is probably the worst unfinished (designwise) event I've seen so far (maybe worst is yet to come).

1. land airplane to get plates for the gift shop
2. land airplane to get Settler's wagon from items from planes. (then what???)
2. Get constitution by collecting items from gift shop (then what???)

Is there anything else?

Have you read the event wiki? https://www.airportcitygame.com/wiki/the_land_of_opportunity/

Which tasks layout do you have, old or new? If old, these maybe don't make sense as they relate to collections. Otherwise, I suspect new and therefore confusing; there's a mix of old\new with this event. 'Fathers of the Nation' is therefore likely the only collection to concern yourself if you want event building(s).

Welcome to AC (Airport City) as per GameInsight - if you expect much from a game\studio, AC likely isn't a fit.
