General GI solving problems

As we are not happy with GI quite often, I think I should mention my experience from last week.
I was fighting for 1st place in Minneapolis with @Zahid Hassan Tushar when all of a sudden there appeared player with 160 flights. The player was level 57, but when I clicked on the city, it was obvious that something is not right, as you can see in the picture. As it happened on saturday, I was thinking, OK, never mind, another cheater will get away with it and I will loose my chance for 1st. But anyway, I reported him, ended 2nd.
But to my great surprise, I received answear today, that the player has been blocked and I received Golden chest as reward for 1st place.
So I want to thank GI, but also encourage others to report cheaters and ask for awards that you shall receive!

After noticing the cheater took first place i stop flying seriously to Minneapolis.

It was great you reported to G! and they block the cheater and you got the deserved reward.

I reported a cheater as well. One week, this player flew 776k pax in a day or two but had absolutely no passenger generating buildings in their city - quite the feat.

GI did block that player for a bit, but the accumulated passengers still counted for the alliance's top 10 (maybe even top 3) finish.

Well done this happen with me and Gi send me the reward too after 2 days
Sometimes took time to check the player record file and when they found no match between the record files this mean the player cheating.

@A350 I got the 2nd place rewards after writing to G! support team. Thank you for sharing it here.

It seems G! team lately taking action against cheater. But it's good thing.

Always we should report against cheater.
