Get Help from Game Insight for "Unable to Visit Neighbors" and other problems

After the Cinemania update, I was unable to visit any neighbors (except for Madlen Airborn)
ALL of my other neighbors had the "Visit" button inactive (unable to click)
This became very frustrating because I kept getting more tasks that required visits to neighbors (night vision goggles, coats, wrapping paper, etc), not to mention the collections in the chest (sports bag, et. al.)
So, I finally contacted someone at Game Insight to get help/technical support. I started the process on June 15th; and, by June 20th, it is now working.
If you are having a similar (or any other) problem, here is what you can do:

Go to their website http://www.game-insi...ethelp/platform
Click on the "Submit Request" tab and enter:
  1. your email address
  2. your game platform from the drop down menu (mine is Android)
  3. type a message that explains the problem you are having with Airport City.
Almost immediately, I received an email from someone on the Support Team requesting further information (so you might want to start gathering this now to speed up the process)
  1. Your device name, carrier, and model
  2. Your version of your game platform (my case: Android 4.0.3) and whether it has been modified
  3. Your version of firmware, which can be found in Settings -->About (I took a screenshot of this to provide them with all of the info they needed)
  4. Your friend code
  5. Your game version (To find this, go to Settings-->Applications-->Manage Applications-->Airport City
  6. Screenshots illustrating the issue/problem (Take several different pictures to send as attachments)
A couple of days later (after the weekend for me) I received another email from the same support staff member requesting some follow up information regarding sending/receiving gifts, some of my neighbors friend codes, more screenshots/photos. They told me they have sent my information to their specialists/engineers who are testing the game to find the cause of the issue.
Two days later, the issue was revolved and I am now able to visit neighbors again! (As an unexpected bonus, my Neighbor List (Username/Game Level) is now updated with current information!!!)

I wish I had done something about it sooner, because it took me a long, frustrating time before I finally submitted a request for help.
The game insight support staff was very helpful and appreciative of the input. This is a quote from their intial contact email:
"By providing us with the information in question, you are helping us improve the game..."
