Game outdated message when visiting neighbor

I consistently get the message 'You can't visit this neighbor right now. His version of the game might be outdated.' I thought first ok, maybe they haven't updated their iPhone app, so as a test I installed it on another iPhone and tried to send a friend request. After accepting the request and then trying to visit I still got the same message even though I know for a fact that both iPhones have the same version of the app installed. Any ideas what causes this? If I can't visit neighbors, then I can't complete most of the assigned tasks as they require you to get things from your neighbors!

GI has server and game issues which create random bugs in the game. Sometimes the bugs work out in our favor, other times they work against us. This is one of them.

My game has stopped working and makes my cell phone restart does any one here know why this happends please help me out guys really worried about the progress in the game
