Windows Game lost...is it possible to retrieve??

I lost everything as my PC became dead suddenly today. I have to reinstall Windows, but not sure I could get back my game progression, I was on lever 50 and 158 stars...love the game so much.
contacted with support team but don't know how much time it will take..!!

yes, it can be restored. it may take support a couple of days to recover it.

I've lost my game a couple of times due to PC crash or loss. The system was that I had to create a new game up to about L8 (roughly) then contact Support with the old and new game codes. They then mapped the old game onto the new game. Takes a few days (maybe longer at the moment). But you will get your game back. You may lose the "favourites" of neighbours but its easy to reconstruct that.

Scary moment, right? With PC version you can do your own backup. There should be a guide somewhere... 👍
