Game Does Not Connect To Internet

Hello Everyone,
I want To Say That Within Past Few ( Say 5 Days) Days My Game Does Not Connect To Internet.
I am Able to Play The Game Offline,But i am Unable to Go Online In The Game.

as Follows-
1)-Unable to Recieve Gifts.
2)-Unable to Send Gifts.
3)-Unable to Visit Except Madlen.
4)-Can't See Ready Spaceship In My Airport.
5)-Bank Offer is Not Visible.
6)-Event ( Men of Steel ) Is Not Showing up.
6)-And List Goes On.

Tried Everthing as Follows-
1)-Rebooted My Modem.
2)-Rebooted My Device.
3)-Tried Changing My Internet Connection .
But None of the Above Works.


So is There any Member On The Forum Who Could Advice me Relating My Matter.

If @Anubhav is playing on Windows, he might using PC for access to internet too... Could be that antivurus is preventing game to access to internet? It is wierd anyway...

First of All,I want To Say That Only Airport City Doesn't Connect To Internet.Other Games are Working Good Like Cloud Raiders,Sunshine Bay,Transport Empire.
Tried Everything From A-Z.
Whether New Internet Connection,New Antivirus.
Have Contacted Microsoft Support,Game Insight Support,Road404 Support,Forum Support.

From The Inception,Its My Record That I Have Completed All The Event.
But Now The Current Event On Windows "Men of Steel".I am Unable To Complete.


Ivan-Is There Any Solution To My Problem ?

Hope Everyone Understands My Situation In Which i am Now.

Have you tried to initiate a new AC and ask a code for GI to restore your previous game?
