Windows Game continues to drop out

My PC game continues to drop out, back to the desktop. This happens too many times now in the event "Riding the Comet". There is absolutely nothing wrong with the PC
This is completely random and unpredictable. It is severely hampering my progress. It does not seem to happen in between events.
Admin need to get this sorted as it is ruining the game. I shall stop wasting money.
In addition people in the top have 2 have 1 to 2 million game units. This is impossible without cheating.
When this event is finished I will stop playing for good.

I am using the Windows 10 system and have been playing this game without any issues until now

What are you talking about?,If it's about flashback,Then this problem has been a long time.,The computer I use is win11 version,When you operate frequently,There's a high probability of flashback within an hour.
