Noticed. You need only restore? Game problem or new device?
If you have a new device , then restore procedure can be very simple. Did you try it?

@Gt city it is restore on a new device and yes I have tried the in-game option but it shows one of my support accounts instead of the main game, very frustrating if you ask me.
