Technically, that is true...

If you are able to see (and get) a MCC3 gifts, you are also able to send it.


But the condition is not to receive one (because if you are not inside the mission, you will just get F3 or P10) :p



(Please keep in mind this is my experience from the V6.

I don't expect a change in V7, but as you can guess, I have completed the said mission, so I cannot check anymore)
